Blue Cheese Diet ExposedThe sad truth about the Blue Cheese Diet Diets exposed list | Articles index This is another one of those diets people try because it's so ridiculous it might actually work. This diet doesn't work. It's a twist on the harmful Atkins Diet. Blue Cheese is a food most people trying to lose weight don't eat. It's very calorie dense. The idea behind this diet is you'll give your body a sort of aversion therapy. You'll overload your body with so many calories in one meal that it will go into fatburning overload. This diet does cause people to lose weight. For a while. Because Blue Cheese tastes so good, the idea of eating it to lose weight is attractive. But, even something this tasty can soon get monotonous. While you are eating the same high-fat, calorie-dense item for days on end, your body is starving for many essential nutrients. Even if you take a good multivitamin, you aren't going to get the right nutrition. For example, you are not getting the fiber or essential fats you need and you are simultaneously overloading your body with the wrong kind of fat and creating a huge imbalance. Just don't do this diet. It's stupid. And you will feel stupid after you've been on it for a few days and realize what your friends must be thinking.
